LEMBIT ÖPIK

Lembit Öpik is one of Britain’s most characterful and well known politicians. Born in Northern Ireland, he has Estonian parents, and a cosmopolitan outlook on work and life. A Member of Parliament for 13 years, Lembit has never faded into the background, preferring instead to speak his mind, even when this has been controversial. He’s a regular contributor on everything from “Question Time” to “Have I got News for You” and his colourful political and personal life have made him a household name.

In the private sector, Lembit has excelled as a professional Training and Development Manager, rising to a Global Head of Human Resources in the US multinational firm Procter & Gamble. He has designed and rolled out a prodigious number of training courses, and over the last 20 years has created and run TEAM BUILDING and ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT events for numerous companies, charities and bodies in the voluntary sector. He now focuses on bespoke training programmes for specific firms and teams. Core to his design is game theory, and the charm of the unexpected. His courses are challenging and have a narrative designed for the participants. For Lembit, “team building is a passion, and bringing the learning experience to life is an ethos which I place at the heart of my training designs and personal training delivery style.”

If you are interested in exploring this professional team building course for your group or firm, we create free of charge a programme to fit both your budget, group size, location and profile. Our venues range from private country locations or stately homes to extensive and urban based campuses; all age ranges can be addressed. We can provide a half day activity to a full two day experience with all catering and accommodation included. In every case the objective you set with us is the result which we will achieve for you.

The first informal exploratory meeting with Lembit is without obligation + free of charge. From then on we do all the work, preparing between 2 and 4 optional programmes with budgets and date ranges accordingly for your further assessment.
